Long Description

Welcome to The Colmore on St Paul’s Square – a beautiful restoration of an historic Georgian property in Birmingham’s most desirable neighbourhood, the Jewellery Quarter.

Named in honour of the Colmore family that first constructed St Paul’s Square in the 18th century, the building itself originally started life as a jewellery workshop in the 1920s. Now, it’s one of the final buildings on the square to be restored and represents one of the most exclusive addresses in the last remaining Georgian square in Birmingham.

Apartment 17 is a stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom first floor apartment with a private terrace and one secure parking space in The Colmore’s private car park. Accommodating up to 6 guests, it is a high-end, luxurious and spacious home-from-home.

Both bedrooms can be set up as king or twin, according to the guests’ preference. (Beds are set up as king beds as standard, please provide at least 24 hours notice to change to a twin beds arrangement).

We provide a state of the art, fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities you will require. Guests can also enjoy a premium Nespresso coffee machine and aeroccino with a complimentary selection of coffee capsules provided.

Appliances include an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a washer-dryer. We also provide an iron and ironing board.

Both bedrooms have 32 inch 4K smart HDTVs with Netflix and hairdryers. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and fresh towels and linen are provided. The ensuite bathroom offers an overhead shower and the main bathroom has a bath with shower over.

In the lounge, you can relax on a comfortable sofa whilst watching the 43 inch 4K smart HDTV with Netflix. We provide fast WiFi that extends throughout the apartment, and a dedicated work desk is provided with a comfortable chair. This makes the apartments at The Colmore perfect for corporate stays.
