Long Description

Welcome to Lockside House – a stunning restoration of a grade II listed building and the perfect blend of natural beauty, refined Victorian architecture and contemporary living.

Maintaining the industrial flourishes that come with its heritage, Lockside House is a building filled with character, where the exposed brick, steelwork and external fixtures that make up the original architecture take pride of place.

Apartment 24 is a stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom third floor apartment with kitchen island and balcony. Accommodating up to 8 guests with the use of the pull-out mattress sofa bed, it is a luxurious and spacious home-from-home.

All bedrooms have king beds, however we can set them up as twin if you prefer – just give us 24 hours to arrange this for you. The bedrooms each have 32 inch 4K HDTVs with Netflix and hairdryers. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and fresh towels and linen are provided.

We provide a state of the art, fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities you will require. Guests can also enjoy a premium Nespresso coffee machine and aeroccino with a complimentary selection of coffee capsules provided.

Appliances include an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a washer-dryer. We also provide an iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher.

In the lounge you can relax on a comfortable sofa whilst watching the 43 inch 4K HDTV. We provide super fast WiFi that extends throughout the apartment and we provide a desk and chair. This makes the apartment perfect for corporate stays, or for those who need to work during their stay.

The dining area has an elegant table for 6 people, in addition to 3 bar stools at the kitchen island. Crockery, cooking utensils, cutlery and glassware are all included for guests’ convenience.

We welcome family stays and provide a travel cot and high chair if needed – please provide 24hrs notice.
