Welcome to SETL – a beautiful property in Birmingham’s most desirable neighbourhood, the Jewellery Quarter. SETL is just off St. Paul’s Square – one of the most prestigious landmarks in the area.
Inside, SETL is just as distinctive, featuring a large group work area, a wellness studio and a rooftop garden with impressive views across the city.
Apartment 701 is a stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 7th floor apartment. Accommodating up to 6 guests, it is a high-end, boutique home-from-home.
The bedrooms can be set up as super king or twin, according to the guests’ preference. (Beds are set up as super king as standard, please provide 24hrs notice to change to a twin beds arrangement).
We provide a premium fully equipped kitchen. Guests can also enjoy a premium Nespresso coffee machine with a complimentary selection of coffee capsules provided. The dining table seats up to 6 guests.
Appliances include an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a washer-dryer.
The bedrooms have 32″ TVs with Netflix and a hairdryer. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and fresh towels and linen are provided.
We provide super fast WiFi that extends throughout the apartment, and a dedicated work desk is provided with a comfortable chair. This makes the apartment at SETL perfect for corporate stays, or for those who need to work during their stay.
We welcome family stays and provide a travel cot and high chair if needed. Please provide 24hrs notice.
Please note that the key box is affixed to another building, approximately a 3-minute walk away from SETL. Full details will be provided with your check-in information.
Payable on-street parking is available around St Paul’s square (time restricted to 2 hours between 8am – 6pm). Free parking is available on Livery Street (restricted to 4 hours between 8am – 8pm). There is a payable 24 hour secure NCP Newhall Street car park close by.
